Focus has been utilised throughout Scottish Rugby at National level since 1996.

Using Focus
Under the guidance of SRU Lead Analyst, Gavin Scott, Focus has been integrated into the programmes of the Scotland national teams at all levels to provide in-depth analysis of both team and individual performance. In addition, Focus is also utilised to generate valuable and extensive data for key research projects.

Focus X2 is used:

• to provide powerful game analysis capability from individual player and team perspectives
• for real-time analysis during games, providing valuable feedback to coaching staff
• within the 'training' environment to provide crucial, instant feedback on aspects being worked on and developed
• to enable extensive analysis (scouting) of opposition in preparation for games
• to generate important data on any aspect of the game, enabling trends and patterns to be identified and harnessed
