Performance Innovation was established in May 2010 to further develop the globally popular Focus range of analysis software solutions for the Sport and Education markets.

Managing Director, Ian Donnelly, has been at the forefront of the development of analysis technology over the past 15 years, ensuring that the latest developments in computer and video technology are utilised and integrated into the process of developing performance.

“Research had shown us the crucial role that Performance Analysis has to play in the development of athletes. Our stated aim is therefore to develop powerful and innovative analysis solutions and price them at a level that makes them available to ALL coaches and educators.

The high cost of analysis software systems have always provided a barrier to the majority of coaches & educators being able to access and integrate these tools into their programmes.
